He is an expert in Organisational Redesign, Change Processes, Governance and Leadership Development, especially to support members of the board of Directors. Pim aquired a MBA from the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania, and furthermore he participated in the European Executive Programme.

With more than 25 years of experience, Pim is a business partner for clients in the public domain, international enterprises and value based organizations. Pim is a much sought-after consultant for strategy development and governance and played В�important advisory roles in the reorganization of large companies and government institutions.В�Pim is currently the chairman of CBE group.
